PEA’s opened their Detroit office to bring their landscape architects closer to their clients in a space that elevates the brand of their design. As an auxiliary office located in a prime downtown location, budget was also a key concern.

Holding the wall down from the ceiling allowed the corridor to become part of the larger space. It’s peg board cladding lets light filter through and transforms it into a functional storage piece for hanging tools. Wood floors, cement light fixtures, stone, and concrete tile reflect materials used in the client’s work.
